Each data entry should clearly identify:

  • The indicator or issue being measured
  • The geographic area covered
  • The data period
  • The original data source
  • The research or calculation method, where relevant
  • The main finding
  • SRA’s publication date
  • Important limitations or explanatory notes

Where SRA uses information from an external source, the original institution is clearly acknowledged. SRA’s summaries and visualisations do not replace official statistics.

Using and Sharing SRA Data

Visitors may quote or share publicly available SRA data provided that the figures are presented accurately and the original source and Somali Researchers Association are properly acknowledged.
